Shipping Policy

Currently, we offer delivery services exclusively within India.

We strive to ship each item in your order within one working day from the date your order is confirmed. However, under certain circumstances, shipping may take slightly longer. If we are unable to ship your entire order within the expected time frame, we will inform you accordingly. Please note that during promotional sales or high-demand periods, order processing may require additional time. Delivery timelines provided are indicative and should be treated as estimates.

Orders are processed and dispatched only on business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. All deliveries will require the recipient’s signature upon receipt.

Due to logistical challenges in delivering to some remote or hard-to-reach locations, we reserve the right to cancel such orders and/or impose additional conditions. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, setting a minimum order value for processing the delivery. Should such a situation arise, our Customer Care team will get in touch with you post order placement to inform you about the cancellation or additional terms.

If the shipping provider is unable to deliver your parcel to the specified address, a second attempt will be made on the next business day. In the event of a second failed delivery, the parcel will be returned to us, and a refund will be initiated for all prepaid orders. If your parcel is returned, please contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.
