Return Policy Returns, Cancellation & Exchange

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Prepaid Orders: If you choose to cancel your order before it leaves our facility, we will gladly refund the full amount you paid. However, suppose the order has already been shipped, in that case the refund will be processed after deducting the shipping costs incurred by the shipping company for delivering and returning the product to us. Please note that orders are dispatched the following day after placement.

Our Return & Exchange Policy makes it simple for you to return products purchased from our website within the specified return/exchange timeframe. You can initiate a return request within 72 hours of receiving your items.

RETURNS POLICY:
We will accept returns only if the product is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. To initiate a return, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can request a Return/Exchange by sending an email to connect@warmzy.in or calling us at +91- 87674 56281.

Once your request has been approved, the product must be returned to us within 7 business days. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.

You are eligible for a full refund if the product is returned within the given timeframe, but this is subject to a quality inspection once we receive the returned item. Please ensure the product meets the following conditions:

  • All items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • All seals must remain intact.
  • The items must be dry (we will not accept wet products).
